Requests received later than two working days prior from the date of transaction shall not be considered for cancellation.
All payments which are found as duplicate transactions shall be liable for refund.
If money is deposited for registration for conferences, workshops, CMEs etc. shall be governed by the refund policy of that event details of which are released at the time of event announcements.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of money transfers and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
